Since my earlier mail, I am still stuck, but did find that this is the format of entries required for GSSAPI AUTH
/etc/mail/authinfo: AuthInfo:<fqdn> "U:?" "P:?" "R:<REALM>" "M:GSSAPI" The U: and P: must exist for sendmail's SASL routines, but are not really used... I expect the same is true of R:, but have not yet verified that On another cluster of machines, I've found exactly one that answers to GSSAPI auth and am trying to track down the owner and find differences betwix that setup, and the failing setup here on several machines. -- Rick Nelson "Nvidia's OpenGL drivers are my "gold standard", and it has been quite a while since I have had to report a problem to them, and even their brand new extensions work as documented the first time I try them. When I have a problem on an Nvidia, I assume that it is my fault. With anyone else's drivers, I assume it is their fault. This has turned out correct almost all the time." -- John Carmack -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
