retitle 455335 Will not provide binary aqbanking-tool from AqBanking 2 tags 455335 + wontfix upstream thanks
Hi, considering the amount of work needed in order to get the good old aqbanking-tool binary into Debian as a separate package (packaging libgwenhywfar twice, packaging libchipcard twice), and the amount of work needed in order to keep all these packages in a good shape, I decided to NOT packaging it. Please step in and re-implement it based on AqBanking 3, do sponsor someone¹ to do it for you, or wait until upstream did it.
