What do you have to change? Current libpq-dev ships pg_config in
/usr/lib/postgresql/8.2/bin/ (with a symlink to /usr/bin for
client-side apps), and -server-dev-8.2 depends on libpq-dev. So
anything build-depending on -server-dev can rely on that pg_config
path, and that isn't going to change.
