Oh, I was not aware. That is a bad choice of the kernel package
maintainers, they shouldn't disable stuff in favour of experimental
modules, especially when user space support is not ready.

If you file a bug, please let me know the bug number so I can track it
too! I'll keep this bug open of course until libraw1394 has support for
the Juju stack.
