Yes I suspect adding dh_icons would take care of that. But right now I'm not sure how this fits with the overall plan to support icon caches in Debian.[0] This affects more than just lastfm. For instance, I imagine you could file a similar bug against every KDE package.[1] And since lastfm uses cdbs, I'd first like to see how the cdbs maintainers handle this. They currently have a problem with it.[2] So for now, I'm going to gather more information and wait to see how this shakes out.
