Package: apache2-doc Version: 2.2.3-4+etch1 Severity: important Hello, It seems that the documentation package for Apache2 will not produce readable web pages. Instead, you are presented with a pure text (not html) file of match lists representing which index file matches which lang. There is nothing in the file that would _actually_ match them up. I have been operating webservers since the CERN days, and with well over 200 domains and all the hosts that go along with then, I can assure you that this Apache install is configured correctly. :)
Thank you for all your time and consideration in this matter. P.S. I suppose that this should be considered a fairly important issue, given that _new_ users _should_ be able to figure out how to make their new web server work. ;) Thanks again -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-5-686 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
