The idea was to protect your privacy against someone outside, not
against your local system administrator.

I changed this in 3.0.6-4, so I'm not fully sure, why you filed this
bug report against 3.0.6-4:

  * Disable default logging of every GET/POST/CONNECT request to protect
    your privacy a bit more.

If you want to deactivate logging simply comment out
debug 1 # show each GET/POST/CONNECT request
from your /etc/privoxy/config.

Maybe you ignored my changes to /etc/privoxy/config when you upgraded
from any old version to 3.0.6-4?

It affects woody, etch and lenny (why the hell didn't sparc and mipsel
rebuild the package after they fixed their build environments?), but
the modified 3.0.6-4 stays in sid for 43 days now.

Tschoeeee
