Hi, I noticed software-properties-gtk and software-properties-kde was translated in Japanese very partially. Although I thought it was because ja.po was untranslated at first (indeed its status was very poor though), I found software-properties lacked any locale files in it. Only a few translations were introduced from python-apt, but it didn't cover all.
