Package: devscripts
Version: 2.10.11
Severity: important

If I have a package in RCS with other pending changes, either by myself
or by someone else and add an entry using 'dch', the sig is no longer
being updated to my name and the current date/time.

I've checked the changelog, but did not see anything to indicate this is
an intended behavior change. It also seems illogical to me.

I'm using dch with 'DEBCHANGE_RELEASE_HEURISTIC=changelog'.
