Subject: hal: USB mass storage doesn't auto mount

Severity: normal

Hello,

I'm having trouble with gnome-volume-manager auto mounting USB mass storage
drives.
I can mount the drive manually without any trouble.

This is what gnome-volume-manager shows:

manager.c/2535: Device added:

manager.c/2358: volume.ignore set to true on

Like you see, volume.ignore is set to true, but I cannot see any reason why
it does.

All other options are set just fine: the filesystem is right, the drive has
a partition, etc.

I hope this helps,
Greetings,
Thijs Van der Schaeghe.
