Package: libxine1 Version: 1.1.8-3 Severity: wishlist
It doesn't seem quite sensible to me to split up plugins into libraries then depend on all of them. I have no use for libxine1-console, say, and I'd like to be able to uninstall it. (Even better would be if libxine1-misc-plugins were split up, but that'd be more of a pain so I won't ask.) -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.22-3-amd64 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages libxine1 depends on: ii libxine1-console 1.1.8-3 libaa/libcaca/framebuffer/directfb ii libxine1-misc-plugins 1.1.8-3 Input, audio output and post plugi ii libxine1-x 1.1.8-3 X desktop video output plugins for Versions of packages libxine1 recommends: ii libc6 2.7-3 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libfreetype6 2.3.5-1+b1 FreeType 2 font engine, shared lib ii libxine1-doc [libxine-d 1.1.8-3 the xine video player library, doc ii libxine1-ffmpeg 1.1.8-3 MPEG-related plugins for libxine1 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3.3.dfsg-7 compression library - runtime -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
