Hi, ttf-vlgothic has a dependency on fontconfig as follows: Suggests: x-ttcidfont-conf, xserver-xorg | xfs (>= 4.0.2-1), fontconfig (>= 2.4.1) However, the package suggests (or recommends) a setting introduced into the fontconfig-config package from its version 2.4.2-1.3. So, the version of suggested fontconfig (or fontconfig-config? I don't know...) should be bumped to 2.4.2-1.3 or later.
