No, never mind. Wasn't thinking. How do you run freshclam (daemon, ifup, etc)?
I let cron start freshclam:
binky:~# dpkg -S /etc/cron.d/clamav-freshclam dpkg: /etc/cron.d/clamav-freshclam not found.
Hmm, I cannot remember that I wrote this cronjob myself:
1 */1 * * * clamav [ -x /usr/bin/freshclam ] && /usr/bin/freshclam >/dev/null
Could it be that this script was part of clamav-freshclam in the past?
