With the POP3_TLS_REQUIRED=1 the starttls enforcement is done for pop3 over ssl on port 995, no only for plain pop3, the LOGINDISABLED POP3 capability is not advertised. $ gnutls-cli -p 995 gaia.calvix.org +OK Hello there.
