Hello,

With the  POP3_TLS_REQUIRED=1 the starttls enforcement is done for pop3
over ssl on port 995, no only for plain pop3, the LOGINDISABLED POP3
capability is not advertised.

$ gnutls-cli -p 995 gaia.calvix.org

+OK Hello there.

+OK Here's what I can do:
SASL LOGIN PLAIN
STLS
TOP
USER
LOGIN-DELAY 10
PIPELINING
UIDL
IMPLEMENTATION Courier Mail Server
..

USER nebuchadnezzar
-ERR TLS required to log in.

Ok now let see a plain POP3 connection

$ telnet gaia.calvix.org 110

+OK Hello there.

+OK Here's what I can do:

TOP
USER
LOGIN-DELAY 10

IMPLEMENTATION Courier Mail Server
..
