Hi, Both http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=416415 and https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/audacious-plugins/+bug/124295 ask for the --enable-chardet option to be added when compiling audacious-plugins.
