Package: base-config
Severity: minor

msgid "Configure and enable ppp"

This should have "PPP" in capitals

msgid "Configure apt"

This should have "APT" in capitals.

msgid "Apt configuration"

This too.

msgid "Do you want to start the graphical display manager?"

It would be nice if this message could be rewritten without the term
"graphical display manager", which might well be impenetrable to novice users.

More minor issues:

msgid "Do you want to change your current time zone?"

The word "current" is redundant here.

msgid "Your current time zone is set to ${timezone}."

Here too. Perhaps this would be better:

"Your timezone is currently ${timezone}."
