Package: elinks
Version: 0.11.1-1.5
Severity: normal

I go to a page and want to download a file (to see image, to get package,
...). Elinks downloads file quickly showing that 100% of the file has
been donwloaded but download window stays displaying following
information:

Received 18 KiB of 18 KiB
Average speed 269 B/s, current speed 0 B/s
Elapsed time 2:21, estimated time 0:00

Average speed speed goes slowly down.
After approximately 4 minutes elinks finnishes download. Any other
further download behaves similarly.

I run squid on my machine but switching it off doesn't make any
difference.
