terminated

although the maximum number of conenctions per minute has been raised to 400:

# grep rshd /etc/inetd.conf
shell stream tcp nowait.400 root /usr/sbin/tcpd /usr/sbin/in.rshd

# dpkg -S /usr/sbin/in.rshd
rsh-server: /usr/sbin/in.rshd
# dpkg -s rsh-server
