The segfault is after exit() is called, when libc is cleaning up 
things. I guess something has corrupted some internal 
libc/ld-linux.so data structures, but I have no idea what has caused 
it.

In both cases they could be fixed by disabling php extensions 
(mnogosearch, apc). Maybe you try disabling php extensions you don't 
absolutely need. Especially those that do not come from Debian (if 
any).
