The kvkd runs under the system account chipcard which I find
quite appropriate. It creates KVK files with the
permissions/ownership

        chipcard.chipcard rw-r--r--

I don't see how I can enable other users to delete files no
matter how the spool directory is set up (over which I do
have control).
