some broken documents starts the numbering of pages on page six or thelike, i.e. all page numbers have an offset of six. Reading anywhere in the document a pagenumber you can't use it directly. You must add an offset of six. It would be nice when evince could do this. After telling evince in a small dialog the offset is 6 pages (or maybe -3 pages) it display right of the input field for the page number the offset. Then entering a number, evince jumps to the page (number + offset).
