The developers-reference mentions alioth.debian.org but does not
document how Debian developers could get access to their accounts.
I propose the attached patch to be applied to the reference as the
current procedure of using the password recovery facility to set the
initial password is not yet documented somewhere, neither in the
reference nor on Alioth's homepage. At least not as obvious as it should
be.
As I am not a native English speaker, it most probably needs some
improvements.
