Well, it's been some time since that bugreport and IIRC it was caused by the iFox theme. After using the default theme, everything was back to normal. I've just re-enabled the iFox theme again and it still seems to be ok. So I guess the problem vanished in the meantime. The point of the above bugreport was the high load represented by Xorg when looking at top. Currently iceweasel causes 100% CPU load as well, but this time it seems to be spent on rendering the web pages. > Does Icedove spinner do the same thing?
