I fixed the svn-buildpackage FTBFS issue reported in 450454. The reason it failed was that docbook-utils depended on docbook-dsssl which depended on either docbook or docbook-xml. svn-bp needed the first to compile and in some cases apt chose docbook-xml over docbook when satisfying the build depends. docbook has been explicitly added as a build dep and now it should build fine at all times[1]. I will prepare for upload the 0.6.23 version and when ftp-master is back on its feet, an upload should be done.
