I have re-enabled the huffman stuff en set logging to 99. So if it
happens again I'll hopefully have more info. If something useful turns
up, I'll get back to you.

It could be related to other software or hardware ofcourse, but the
hardware has been the same for a fairly long time and nothing of this
sort ever happened using the pre .17 versions.
