Package: xl2tpd
Version: 1.1.12.dfsg.1-1
Followup-For: Bug #447990

Hello,

I had the same symptom when trying to upgrade, and fixed it by adding
"--oknodo" to the invocation of start-stop-daemon for the stop action
in /etc/init.d/xl2tpd.

Thanks,
        Ken
