I propose only recommending wmaker.  Rationale: some people use
GNUstep apps with a different window manager such as openbox.
Strictly speaking, GNUstep does not depend on a specific window
manager.  Some even use GNOME or KDE.

As for the bug, I propose tagging it "wontfix".  Closing it with an
explanation is also an option, of course.
