Package: openrpg Version: 1.6.3-1.1 Severity: minor I happened to try openrpg for the first time today. Both openrpg-client and openrpg-server-gui seem to display splash screens. This is itself annoying. What is more annoying is that both programs seem to refuse to do anything -- such as display a normal window -- until they receive a pointer down event (i.e. mouse click) in the splash window. People who normally have no pointing device must thus either enable mouse emulation or go find a physical mouse in order to get past these splash screens.
Please either - remove the splash screens altogether; - proceed past the splash screens automatically after a delay period, even if no input is received; or at least - allow the user to proceed past the splash screens using only the keyboard. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.22-3-amd64 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_AU.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages openrpg depends on: ii python-support 0.7.4 automated rebuilding support for p ii python-wxgtk2.4 2.4.5.1.1+b1 wxWindows Cross-platform C++ GUI t ii python-wxgtk2.6 2.6.3.2.2-1 wxWidgets Cross-platform C++ GUI t openrpg recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
