Package: openrpg
Version: 1.6.3-1.1
Severity: minor

I happened to try openrpg for the first time today. Both
openrpg-client and openrpg-server-gui seem to display splash screens.
This is itself annoying. What is more annoying is that both programs
seem to refuse to do anything -- such as display a normal window --
until they receive a pointer down event (i.e. mouse click) in the
splash window. People who normally have no pointing device must thus
either enable mouse emulation or go find a physical mouse in order to
get past these splash screens.

Please either
  - remove the splash screens altogether;
  - proceed past the splash screens automatically after a delay
    period, even if no input is received; or at least
  - allow the user to proceed past the splash screens using only the
    keyboard.
