Bug#448552: deluge-torrent: should not automatically check for new upstream versions

Hi,

This bug is fixed since 0.5.5-1.
However, all I did is just to change default behavior. If you had this 
option ticked prior 0.5.5-1, it'll keep being enabled.

Could you please move .config/deluge and start deluge again? Option 
should not be enabled.
