http://partiwm.org/static/screenshots/demo-2.ogg (which should have no problems with unfree codecs or anything) displays like a pattern of cyan and magenta lines and blocks to me. (I tried to take a screen shot, but it came out with the video area completely black, sorry.) The image is constantly changing, even when the video is paused.
