I guess the cause was that we mixed stable and testing. I removed
/etc/apt/preferences and stable from sources.list and then

dpkg -P libpth2 gnupg-agent gpgsm dirmngr
apt-get -f install

fixed the problem (and reinstalled gnupg-agent gpgsm dirmngr).

If there are no other problems the bug can be closed. In testing
there is only libpth20, however in stable there is also libpth2.
Hmm, stables libpth2 is a virtual package provided by libpth20.
Guess it does not contain any files.
