reopen 448068
reassign 448068 ffmpeg

thanks

I've compiled ffmpeg with --enable-libfaadbin --enable-libfaad and
libfaad-dev added to BuildDepend. The new
/usr/lib/libavcodec.so.1d.51.38.0 depends on libfaad.so.0. moc is
build against libavcodec-dev and thus has support to play aac and
friends.

It should _NOT_ be a licence nor a patent rediction to use GPLed
libfaad in main packages as libfaad itself resides in main, though.

Please provide ffmpeg libfaad enabled.

Thanks
Elimar
