Hello, Upstream has released version 1.3.0 and changed drastically the code concerning environment variables. The method SwitchUser::SetEnvironment does no more exist, and is mostly replaced inside App::Login.
The package for 1.3.0 is ready and build with libpam0g, and the code itself uses several pam methods (pam.setenv(), …). I wasn't able to reproduce the bug.
