I do only have the second file: $ lh /usr/share/libpostscriptbarcode/rules.xml ls: /usr/share/libpostscriptbarcode/rules.xml: No such file or directory $ lh /usr/share/apps/kbarcode/rules.xml -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 4.5K 2007-09-29 03:52 /usr/share/apps/kbarcode/rules.xml > > Could you try to remove it and reinstall kbarcode (aptitude reinstall > kbarcode) > ? I purge removed the package and rebuilt it using noopt, debug, nostrip. I also unlinked the kbarcoderc file in my $HOME/.kde/.. directory. Afterwards, it still crashes. I'm attaching the relevant portion of the strace and the generated backtrace. I hope all the information I'm providing is enough to fix this bug. > > cheers, > > Fathi > > > Regards, -- Atomo64 - Raphael Please avoid sending me Word, PowerPoint or Excel attachments.
