Me too. And as I do not find any link in this ITP to a preliminary debian package, I quickly did one. It can be found here : http://dept-info.labri.fr/~danjean/deb.html#cogito But notice that it is a quick-done package (no manpage, ...) that will be maintained only until the package of this ITP appairs in Debian.
