If you have an HP NetServer6000r or similar and experience these messages: megaraid: Aborting-1 cmd=12 <c=0 t=0 l=0> megaraid: Aborting-1[7d], fw owner.
Go into the NetRAID configuration (Ctrl-M in the boot screen) and turning off "I2O" in the adapter "Objects". This solved the problem with all kernels -- for some reason the installer for 4.0r1 is not affected, but after booting after install hangs if I2O is enabled.
