Oh my. debian/make_polygen-data_manpage is indeed executable in my working copy, but if I debuild and I dpkg-source -x, then I find out that it's not executable anymore. I have no idea how come that happens. I'll now add a chmod +x make_polygen-data_manpage in debian/rules, but I feel like there's a bug somewhere else.
