On closer inspection, I was wrong and info behaves fine.  I merely
looked at the date of the FAQ, which by coincidence was the same for
Emacs 21 and Emacs 22.  Looks like the FAQ incorrectly contains the
build date as the "last updated at" date and both the emacs21 and emacs22
packages were built on August 21, 2007.
