IIRC, this has been used in some parts of the world, most of the time
places where armed conflicts were happening. That code is part
of the "historic" part of ISO-3166.

There was a Neutral Zone, for instance, between Saudi Arabia and Irak,
about 30 years ago. There was one also, between Israel and Jordania.

Well, I think there should be some Korean equivalent to "Neutral
Zone". Both words are pretty common words.
