When trying to run 'clear', 'tput' and the like:

| clear: error while loading shared libraries: libtic.so.5: cannot open shared
| object file: No such file or directory

According to apt-file, there's no such library in any package in the current
unstable (nor stable...).  Yet, the changelog contains:
  * Rebuild with --with-ticlib.
