Package: resolvconf Version: 1.28 Severity: wishlist
I am not sure where the ideal place to put a bit more information about configuration would be, but I think it would be a lot nicer than having to resort to the README to find what dns- options are available, or that you can just prepend dns- to any normal resolv.conf directive. An addition to interfaces.5 would be ideal, but I am not sure how easily that is accomplished, alternately an addendum to resolvconf.8 or possibly a interfaces.resolvconf which is mentioned in the See Also section of resolvconf.8. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.8-2-686 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages resolvconf depends on: ii coreutils 5.2.1-2 The GNU core utilities ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.4.48 Debian configuration management sy ii initscripts 2.86.ds1-1 Standard scripts needed for bootin -- debconf information: resolvconf/bad-pppconfig-hook: resolvconf/linkify-resolvconf: true resolvconf/disable-bad-hooks: true resolvconf/bad-pppoeconf-hook: * resolvconf/downup-interfaces: * resolvconf/link-tail-to-original: false resolvconf/bad-xisp-hook: -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
