It's only the Contents files that are still present.  What I should
probably also remove is the etch-m68k dir, and m68k.changes files in
sarge-proposed-updates.  But then again, I hope to add m68k back again
soon.

It's based on (an old version) of the script, but it actually
only does 1 rsync run, using --delay-updates.  It has the same
advantage/effect as only adding new files to pool first.

Doing 2 rsync runs puts a higher load on the other server for no
good reason.  You can have a perfectly working mirror with just 1
rsync call.
