Well, this is not exactly what I was searching for.  What if someone
want to set both _darcs/prefs/motd and _darcs/prefs/description?
Moreover, from what I could see, _darcs/prefs/motd is not propagated
when `darcs get`.

My idea is more general: _darcs/prefs/description could be also used
to identify the repository you're in.  Since I thought that this
information belongs to each repository, I decided to go for this
wishlist bug.

For the reasons above, I don't think darcsweb should use it.
