Bug#443878: Can't locate Sys/Syslog/Win32.pm

Hi,

I believe this is a bug in libsys-syslog-perl. If I comment out the line
eval "use Sys::Syslog::Win32";
in /usr/lib/perl5/Sys/Syslog.pm, the warning is not printed.
