Package: gs-gpl Version: 8.01-5 Severity: normal
Hi, GPL Ghostscript 8.01 fails to render PostScript textures (a PS feature doesn't seem to be very widely used), without aborting. However, `ps2pdf' aborts conversion as soon as it encounters a texture. Previous versions of GPL Ghostscript did not have this problem. An example of a PostScript file with textures is the Lout User's Guide, available in the `lout-doc' package (testing/unstable).
