Can you patch that locally for the backport, ie > is it good enough for you if I correct it in my sources or do you need a new > package? This doesn't really affect testing or unstable (yet?) as we still I already did it locally (to prove it works). Almost killed my setup (which is still tetex based, not texlive, I know, I have to make the move sooner or later) > have tetex-extra so I can wait til the next upload with a more serious bug. You decide - I'm happy with my local fix. (If you're interested in the background: the data analysis software group of LIGO (www.ligo.org) is planning to base its software packages [still to be properly Debianized] on gsl-1.9 or higher, so this was an attempt to backport it to Etch. More to come. Hopefully as painlass as this time.) Cheers, Steffen -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
