libmpcdec-1.2.6 will probably be the last one for decoding sv7 (stream
version 7) mpc files. All remaining known bugs have been fixed.
Development on this version has stopped to focus on new sv8 files
(currently in beta). It will need a new decoder library which may be
independent from libmpcdec (not sure yet due to the various API issues)
Anyway, it would be great to have debian repositories updated with
1.2.6, as the seeking is quite broken in the current version
