Upstream development of ocamldbi is almost over and the package hasn't been ported yet to ocaml-sqlite3 (it requires ocaml-sqlite which is going to be removed soon from the archive). Besides, the popcon score is quite low (most of the installations are probably indirect as the effect of ocamldbi being a dependency of the old version of a meta package). Also, a user poll on the ocaml mailing list about who is still using ocamldbi ends up in no replies in a week. Beides, in testing the package is blocking the transition to ocaml 3.10.
