That's fixed in wxGtk upstream and Gtk upstream already. wxGtk simply
doesn't use it anymore if it's NULL, Gtk sets a fake tooltip in there so
apps using it don't crash.

So backport the wxGtk upstream patch if you want but it's not completely
necessary anymore :) OTOH there seem to be a few other crashes with
wxGtk and gtk 2.12 so there's definitely something wrong in one of those
two, the bug the original report was about is irrelevant now though :)
