Package: id-utils
Version: 4.2-1
Severity: minor

When run from / (the root directory), mkid emits the following messages:
mkid: can't lstat `' from `/': No such file or directory
mkid: can't chdir to `' from `/': No such file or directory

The output seems to be correct, nonetheless, and the exit status is 0.
I've run across this because I run mkid from a cron job.
